Have some fun during the Super Bowl on February 12th!!!

Here is a rundown of how it works:

There are 2 boards. the Super Bowl Squares board has 100 squares total . Each square costs $20. The numbers 0-9 will be randomly placed across the top for the home team and down the side for the away team. This will be done prior to the game on Saturday, Feb 11th and I will send an email to all participants showing the layout of the game board so they have it during the game. Winners will be at end of 1st Q, 2nd Q, 3rd Q ($100 each) and final score($200). Total winner payout will be $1000, $500 per board! So you could win $1000 if you purchase a square on both boards.

Below you will find an example of the game board. The way you win is by matching the last digit of the home team’s score (across top of board) and the last digit of the away team’s score (along side of board) at the end of each quarter of the Super Bowl (1st-3rd) and at the final score. If your name is in the square where those 2 digits intersect, you win! Winners will be contacted after the game and winning squares will be emailed to participants after the game.

Here is what we need from each player, by February 10th :

1. The name(s) of the purchaser(s)
2. The email or phone number of the purchaser
3. $20/square, in the form of cash, check made out to Tempe Sol Lacrosse Club, or you can PAYPAL the club directly at @ Azteclaxclub@gmail.com
4. Deliver all of the above to CHRISSY EATON - She or I will be at a few of the practices so you can pick a square as we get closer to the big game or email kate.matsler@cox.net or Chrissy, at mreccd@cox.net to arrange delivery.

In the example below, if the half-time score was Home team 25 and Away team 7, Jose would win 100 bucks!
